Kari O'Connell - Award Winning Artist

Kari Dahle O'Connell is an award winning  Norwegian/American painter, .Art that is created with intuition and a love for the ocean. Kari uses an intuitive process to create acrylic paintings on canvas, wood and paper. She begins her painting process by applying gestural marks and layers of paint which are spontaneously and intuitively brushed scraped, scratched and /or dripped. 

"For me,  painting is a dynamic process where I build upon the elements of my surroundings. I like viewers to make their own narrative."

Kari resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
